Pete's began as a small family kitchen operation on Peoria's west side, where Pete himself learned that the best bread can't be rushed — it needs time, the right flour, and a steady hand.

Today, that same commitment guides everything we do. Our ovens fire at dawn so that by the time you walk through our doors, the smell of sourdough and buttery croissants is already waiting for you. We source locally whenever we can, support neighboring farms, and refuse to cut corners on ingredients.
